Dilution Method

Firstly, Amino Silicone Oil SCL and proper Emulsifier are successively added into a reaction kettle with an anchor paddle agitator. After stirring of 10 minutes, mixture consisting of 100 kg of water and 4 kg of glacial acetic acid is added slowly into the reaction kettle while stirring (within 40~50 min), then 696 kg of water is added slowly, you will get 1000 kg transparent and stable emulsion of 30% content.
