Introduction

Silicone Emulsion SCL60 is nano silicone product with crosslinking property. Through changing the optical property and increasing the reflectivity of surface to get the good luster.

Dilution Method

Dilute at 1:2 as examples

Adding 100Kg Silicone Wax Emulsion in the stirring machine, start to stir and add 20Kg water. Stirring for several minutes and then adding 20Kg water, stirring to even and then add the rest 160Kg water and stir for several minutes.

Dosage

For Leather and Tyre polish as example

Dipping method: Silicone Wax Emulsion dilution  10-20%(o.w.f.)

Padding method: Silicone Wax Emsulion dilution   30-50g/L
